Job Title: Litigation Attorney (Commercial)
Job Location: Pasadena, CA (Hybrid or Remote Option)
Salary: $150,000-$230,000 (Base)

Responsibilities
- Defend government agencies, contractors, subcontractors, and owners in court against claims
- Contract disputes
- Construction defects
- Bond claims
- Project labor agreements
- Arbitration, Mediation, Trial
Qualifications
- J.D. from Accredited Law School
- Barred in CA
- 5+ years doing Litigation Defense
- Nice to have:
- Construction law experience
- First chair trial experience
- Deposition experience
- Has led discovery
- Has prepared and argued motions
- Trial preparation experience
